Usually yes. I build around the tools you already use wherever possible. I'll tell you exactly what's possible in the first call, and I won't promise integrations I can't deliver.
No. I spend time writing your AI in your voice, using the kind of language you'd actually use with a customer. You'll read and approve example conversations before anything goes live. If it doesn't sound right, I rewrite it until it does.
Not at all. I handle the whole build. You don't manage any technology. Once it's live, it just runs in the background.
